  • half a glass of mayonnaise;

  1. Chop the cabbage thinly. Cut the onion into small cubes and grate the carrots. Stew all vegetables in a frying pan until half cooked. Don't forget to add salt.
  2. Mix eggs and mayonnaise. Add flour in a thin stream, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
  3. Add baking powder, add a little salt, mix well again.
  4. Pour half the batter into the pan, then add the stewed cabbage. Pour the remaining dough on top.

Jellied potato pie with mayonnaise

    I peel and finely chop the onions. Mix fish and chopped onion, add ground black pepper. I stir.

    Pour half of the sour cream and mayonnaise dough into the bottom of the mold. I carefully level it with a spoon.

    Preparation

    The mayonnaise dough for the pie is prepared simply: mix mayonnaise, eggs, sour cream, flour and soda. As I already wrote, there is no need to extinguish the soda. The result is a mixture with a consistency similar to thick sour cream.

    Grease a baking pan (if you have a silicone one, you don’t have to grease it) with butter. I had a detachable one. You can cover it with baking paper first, just in case. I didn't do that, and getting the pie out was fine. Then put about 2/3 of the dough mixture into the mold.

    For the filling, mix cottage cheese (I had one package of 240 g) with chopped herbs. You can take whatever you have from greens: parsley, dill, green onions. That's what I used.

    Mix well, add salt and pepper, add the spices you like (I wrote what I think is most suitable for this filling) and put it in the form with the dough.

    Pour the rest of the dough mixture on top. Since the dough made with mayonnaise and sour cream is liquid, you don’t even need to level it, it will do it itself.

    Bake in the oven for 45 - 60 minutes at 180 degrees.

    After baking, the cake looks so gorgeous.

    After cooling, our quick mayonnaise pie sinks slightly, but the taste does not suffer from this at all.

    100 g sour cream;

    1.7 cups flour;

    Ripper (0.5 sachet);

    Salt, sugar.

    2 cans of canned fish;

    1 large bunch of onions;

    0.5 bunch of dill.

    Preparation

    1. For the dough, beat the eggs, add sour cream and mayonnaise. Add salt and stir well. Add mixed flour and baking powder. Disturb

    Another version of the pie made with kefir and sour cream, but the dough is slightly different. The baked goods are very tender and juicy; you can add them to the filling if desired.

    1. Make jellied dough. Beat the eggs and half a teaspoon of salt well until foamy. Add mayonnaise, then add one and a half glasses
